About onTour

Where you actually have a shot.

onTour shows fans where they actually have a shot at tickets — and what to do next.

It reads the live ticket market, filters noise, and turns official signals into clear, actionable intelligence — free, before the on-sale opens and throughout the entire tour cycle.

No two users see the same home screen. onTour learns your market, your artists, and how far you'll go — and builds your view of the tour landscape around that.

What onTour does

Start with any artist, in any market — no tour required. Artist Market Intel gives you your best move: whether there's a show, how you'd get in, what it's likely to cost, and when to act — filtered to you. When there's no tour yet, it shows the story instead: how often they play your market, what tickets have gone for, and how their run there is trending. A read you can pull any day.

And for any tour you follow, onTour gives a real read — before the on-sale opens and all the way through:

1
Market pressure map
See which cities are oversubscribed and which markets give you a real shot — before you commit to one. Demand ratios, venue capacity, and supply signals in plain language.
2
Your Access Path
onTour builds two personalised strategies for every tracked tour — a Card Access Route (card presale windows matched to your issuer) and a Fan-First Route (fan club, Spotify, artist newsletter presales). Both ranked by your actual odds. Set your card, fan memberships, and budget once — your routes update automatically. onTour also builds access paths for tours not yet announced, so you can prepare 12–18 months before the on-sale opens.
3
Live signals + specific alerts
When something changes — a new date, a presale confirmed, a status shift — onTour interprets the signal and sends you a specific notification: the actual change, in plain language, relevant to your market and situation. A new Toronto date means something different to a fan in Toronto than one in Vancouver. onTour knows the difference. Open the app from the alert and you land directly on what moved.
4
After a miss
Added shows, returned tickets, resale patterns, and connected ecosystem opportunities — tracked throughout the tour cycle. A miss on night one is not the end of the road.

How it works

onTour combines official ticket platform data, real-time tour signals, historical tour patterns, venue capacity math, market analysis, and your saved preferences.

Set your profile once: home city, travel flexibility, card issuer, fan club memberships, and budget. onTour uses that to build your personalised access strategy for every tour you follow — two routes ranked by your actual odds, not a generic list built for everyone.

Enable alerts and onTour watches every tour you follow. When something material changes, you get a specific notification — and when you open the app from that alert, you land directly on what changed and when.

The more you use onTour, the sharper it gets. Artist preferences, market history, and travel range all shape a home screen that's built for you — not for the average fan.

The goal: give fans a clear, honest plan they can act on — before the queue, not during it.

Rewards

onTour rewards fans who show up early. Earn points for following tours, enabling alerts, and engaging before the on-sale opens. Redeem for early access windows, secret offers, and music-related exclusives not available to the general public.

The earlier you're in, the more your engagement is worth. Rewards are tied to your onTour profile — which means the more your profile reflects your real preferences, the more relevant your rewards become.

What onTour is not

onTour does not sell tickets. It does not resell tickets.

It is a free, independent intelligence layer — built entirely for fans.

Why this matters

Getting tickets to a superstar tour is genuinely hard. The math is brutal — demand regularly runs 10:1, 20:1, even higher against available seats at peak markets.

That scarcity is real and no app changes it. But most fans enter the on-sale with no read on the pressure, no map of their actual options, and no plan for what to do if they miss the first wave. onTour fixes that.

onTour doesn't change the ticketing system — but it changes how fans experience and navigate it.
